Apartment Oleander is located on the top, third floor. The apartment has a comfortable, nice terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the whole Rabac bay!
The upper terrace is divided into two parts by a plexiglas block. The second part of the terrace belongs to the apartment Lavender. Ideally, the upper two apartments are rented to the related guests, but again mostly separately.
Cleanness and brilliance of family facilities are our trademark. If you are lacking anything in our facilities, let us know and we will try to help! We will provide you with up to date brochures on local events. We try to take care of the harmony and coherence of our guests, creating an environment where everyone has their privacy without disturbing others.
Villa and apartments Dalia are equipped with new furniture that includes functional and well-equipped kitchen and comfortable, large beds. There is an air conditioning in all facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay during the summer heat. All facilities have well covered free Wi-Fi network.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, cosy kitchen with a living room and a bathroom with shower cabin.
It is equipped with the necessary cooking utensils and other equipment, bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, coffee machine, satellite TV and a free and well-covered WIFI. On the terrace there is a deck chair and a dining table.

You can park in our garage (2 seats) or on the nearby parking place, located cca 50 m away from the accommodation. Place for unloading and loading the luggage is directly in front of the house.

The prices are per apartment per day and include all the utilities (water, gas, electricity, WIFI, linen, bath towels) and final cleaning.
For stays of 3 days or less, the price is 30% higher.
Use of air conditioner (after consumption): 0,50 Eur / hour
Residence tax: 1 Eur / person / day (children gratis)
Reservation cancellation policy
In case of reservation cancellation for apartment up to 45 days before arrival Dalia will refund the full amount of the advance payment. After that time period Dalia will keep the whole advance payment amount.
Payment details
The payment is made in two installments. A 20% deposit is paid in advance upon booking. The rest of the amount can be paid through the bank transfer before arrival or latest upon arrival with cash.

Villa and apartments Dalia are located in Rabac, tourist town built on a hill, by the sea. We are ten minutes of walk away from the town centre. Being positioned on a hill, villa and apartments Dalia offer views of the surrounding green hills that immerse into the waters of Rabac bay.
You have to pass through Labin to arrive to Rabac. There is a winding road leading from Labin to Rabac, offering a spectacular view of the sea! You simply have to stop and take a picture!
