Reservation and payment

After receiving the request for reservation we will reply in the shortest possible time. If the reservation is possible, we will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of your request, payment data (advance payment and the remaining amount), payment deadlines and ways of payment.

After receiving the booking confirmation, guests are obliged to pay the advance payment amounting to 50% of the total amount for villa and 20% of the total amount for apartments within 5 days, in order to finalize the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled without any special notice.

The balance of the full amount has to be paid at least 60 days before the arrival for villa. For apartments it is possible to pay before the arrival or upon arrival.
For reservations for villa made within 21 days before the arrival date, the total amount of reservation must be paid within 24 hours.

After receiving the advance payment, we will provide you with all the necessary documentation.
